New kitchen overview
This project was a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, that we did back to back. The kitchen was Burbidge Marlow in Ivory with laminate worktops and bathroom was new furniture, shower and tiling.

KITCHEN:
The Kitchen was a refurbishment, and we started by stripping out the old kitchen including the existing wall tiles. Our electrician went in and installed a new consumer box and earth bonding and put in place the electrics for new appliances, relocation of existing sockets, under cabinet LED lighting and addition sockets. Then our plasterer went in and plastered the walls where the electrical work and wall tiles had been. We then installed a new Burbidge Marlow kitchen. The doors are textured laminate so they look like painted wood. We also installed new laminate worktops, appliances, new handles, sink and tap. We also replaced the glass in a partition wall to clear toughened glass so that they could enjoy the beautiful view of the Malvern Hills.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom was a refurbishment and we started by stripping out the old bathroom including the tiles. Our electrician went in and put in place the electrics for a new electric shower, bathroom light and lights for the mirror. Our plasterer then went in to plaster the walls and ceiling in preparation for us installing new furniture and tiles. We tiled the shower cubicle area and above the new furniture as a splashback. We created a platform for the shower cubicle to sit on to make a feature in the room. We fitted a 900 x 900 quadrant shower cubicle and mira sport shower. We also fitted a concealed toilet unit with back to wall toilet and a sink unit with sink and tap. We also installed a new tall radiator and a mirror with shaver socket and lights.
